Aliases: Uncle Pete

*We regret to inform you that Peter will not be making the trip this year due to family obligations.*

Uncle Pete (though I don’t think he is really anyone’s uncle) has always been the official photographer for MGI. This guy can make your sports car, or even your miata, look like it belongs on the cover of Motor Trend. Peter will be shooting through several Canon SLR cameras with a variety of lenses and filters, and will also be taking some film with an HD video camera. Peter has experience filming documentaries for the Discovery Channel. We hope to persuade him to film a full documentary of our team’s 2009 One Lap of America experience, in addition to filming and photographing the race events. We are told that the competitors are ultimately exhausted from constant travel, sleeping in their cars, and eating convenience store food. We would love to be able to provide people with behind-the-secenes footage!
